Can big teeth be made smaller?

if you have big teeth.. can a dentist make them smaller?

Can big teeth be made smaller?
Teeth can be slenderized, but the problem with this is that you are left with a space between the teeth and also a dentist can only take so much away without making the teeth sensitive.
Reply:yes ask them to drill it and they basically just saw some off
Reply:Yes, the orthodontist did this to me and now my teeth look like baby teeth lol

but seriously, if yes any things possible if you have the money.
Reply:absolutely yes!
Reply:well yeah get a file bobs ya uncle wouldnt recomend it tho
Reply:They can put caps on your teeth and make you look like all the Hollywood stars. Do you think all actors and actresses were born with perfect teeth?
Reply:I saw a bit of a music show that showed Shania Twain before she made it big...She's had some major tooth reduction or replacement done..
Reply:Usually. If you just mean "shorter," this is easy. If you mean smaller everywhere, it's a bit more difficult. But, yes, it can be done. Go ask your dentist about it. It will cost anywhere from practically free to $10,000.
Reply:not by much...you can veneers but you will need at least 6 done onthe upper arch but it will mean destroying sound tooth
Reply:They can shave them down a little but it depends how long your nerves are in you teeth,I had some teeth shaved down and Ive now been left with very sensitive teeth even to drink coffee i use a straw they are sometimes to painful even to talk so be careful.
Reply:yes, but it is expensive! and modt people just want big straight teeth
