Help I bleed a little bit when brushing my teeth?

Everytime I brush my teeth I bleed a little bit from the teeth next to your 2 front big teeth. It doesnt hurt but I been bleeding from the same spot for a couple of months and Im starting to get worried

Help I bleed a little bit when brushing my teeth?
either youre brushing too hard which is irritating your gums or you dont brush enough so that when you do brush, reguardless of pressure applied, it causes irritation

you may have gingivitis, but nothing listerine cant take care of

just dont let it turn into PERIODONTIS!!!!
Reply:Its a condition with your gums. They bleed because they're getting irritated. Next time you see your dentist mention it to them. Make sure you floss gently between them and use listerine, it may help.
Reply:that happens to me its because your brushing to hard you should be more careful (also me)
Reply:you have gingivitis. You should begin to floss every night. And if you want to really take care of this then invest in a waterpic dental appliance. I have used one daily for the past year and my gums are strong and healthy. They were not prior to the use of the waterpic. They are cheap, and work great.
Reply:You may want to try a softer toothbrush. Do you use a hard brush? If so, switch to medium or soft. Also, don't bear down too hard when brushing.
