Yes i had them done by the dentist. Not the laser way like most do now, but the way mine did it is she made a mold of my teeth and then gave me a mouth piece from the mold and some whitening stuff. I had to sleep with the mouth piece in my mouth and the whitening stuff in the mouth piece. Yes it worked really well. Im very happy with the results. I got it after i had braces. Made my teeth nice and white once again.
