he said some (shi t) 2 me and so i turned round and the rest is history .......should i be the one that was punished or him
Today i got in2 a big fight and smashed the guys teeth but it all started coz of him?
Why would you be punished for?
Fights happen, your safe as long as he doesn't call the police. He has HARASSED you, it could be SEXUAL HARRASSMENT, if the content was of sexual nature. May I add that you could charge him with PAIN AND SUFFERING if he continually harassed you. He verbally assaulted you (but is not recognized as a crime).(Most)Wounds heal, emotional damage doesn't.
The term "sticks and stones may break my bones but words will never hurt me", does not exist anymore.
On the flip side of things, if you literally knocked out his teeth or did any other signifiacant physical damage, then you could be liable for his hospital bills, which could get very pricey.
Just ask any lawyer.
If you want to talk more about this, feel free to IM (Instant Message) me! I am 14 years old.
Don't let anyone find you weak!
Reply:you poncy big baby
Reply:You naughty boy!!!!
Well done son!!!!
Take your pick...
Reply:Whoever threw the first punch should be punished. If you were doing it to defend someone else then I guess it is honourable, if you were doing it to show him you could beat him then you are a tool.
Reply:Not really the way to treat a 3 year old.
Reply:You assaulted him and committed "battery" (legal term, not the one for your car), first. His words were only words and not necessarily assault. You should get suspended.lol. Cool it, dude.
Reply:your defence can be provocation, intoxication, or self defence (the last one is the best - it rids all charges)
but I feel someone saying "some **** to you" is no reason to knock his teeth out. Asshole.
Reply:well yea because you started the fighting by touching him. He only said something to you he didnt hit you or anything. Did anyone ever teach you fighting isnt the answer and if someone said something to you just walk away?
Reply:hahah
exatcly what i belive in
knock them on the floor
Reply:Wow you must be so tough...to actually "smash" the teeth must of taken some serious blows..and I bet he was 7 foot tall and built like a brick s##thouse eh?
hope you like community service..
Reply:I beleive other guy is to blame. You did the right thing, but I don't know if he calls the police then how do they work??
Reply:um well its for you fault technically, they will see it as even tho he was saying some shi t to you he never took physical action..
the person to throw the first punch is always at fault, so ull prolly get in trouble for that, a disorderly conduct ticket and ull prolly have to pay to get his teath fixed...next time let someone else throw the first punch if thats waht itll come down to
Reply:ur both "legally" supposed to be punished if he hit back.( i learned all this stuff i've into like millions of fights) Its called mutual combat if u both hit each other its not a matter of who hit whom first but that u guys are both guilty of mutual combat. but if u hit him without him hitting back the whole time then you better get a good lawyer kiddo. because that almost happened to me last year. i kicked this kid's *** and he was messed up in the face so he told his mom i hit him for nothing and when we were in the office they called the police and had me arrested but it didnt hold up so they let me go. sooooooooooooooo the whole point is yea you guys would both be in trouble
Reply:If this was at school, there is a no touching/hitting rule. And you will be punished because all he did was mouth off. I went through this with my son, and even though the vice principal said that he wouldn't put up with it if it was him, rules are rules.
Reply:afraid that in law you are guilty as you hit first. Could cry provication but you will have to say he was in your face etc and you felt that you were in danger.
And it depends how much of a bashing you gave him - is he really injured ?
Takes a bigger man to walk away.Sticks and stones and all that jazz
Reply:good choice old boy! he would deserve it iv been there b4 but aint smashed his teeth.just pulled his hair hehe.no i went one two -BANG!
Reply:emmn.
would it not have been better to say some **** about him?
or put him down back in a cooler way?
or how about hooker cards for gay hookers with him mobile on?
Reply:next time do a better job and dont get caught!!!!!!!!!
Reply:Certainly you will be the one to get punished. Whoever might have started the fight, people will support the one who got damaged. Its also an offence that you beat a guy and he got injured. So, legally also, you can be prisoned.
Reply:No hard feelings towards you, I dont want my teeth smashed in but personally, yes I think you should be punished by the police. 48 hours community service would probably be nessesary. It sounds like a bit of an overreaction to me. Also, hormones can affect the way a teenager like you reacts, so mabye get some counselling or a girlfriend so you can concentrate on something else :)
Reply:Well, let me be here to inform you that you can't go through life that way. You will have people say things to irritate you on purpose, all throughout life. Whether at school, work, social outings, etc. Get over it. You can't fight everybody like an 8 year old and pitch a fit every time "he said" or "she said" something mean to you. That'll get you in jail and wreck your life if you don't get that attitude about those things straightened out. It's called violence...police lock thousands and thousands of people up every day for it. If that person presses charges against you by contacting the police...yes, you will and SHOULD go to jail until you learn to not react that way to situations. Because I doubt if the tables were turned and you were the other person, that you'd want that reaction. I'm sure that you've said a lot of junk to people in your life...how would you feel if they hit you in the mouth? Would you not want revenge? There's always someone bigger and smarter than you are...so I'd get my life together and learn how to control anger and walk away from those situations. You're just letting that person get to you, and you'll let them wreck your life by having those kinds of reactions to those situations.
If you mess around and get arrested for something like that at some point...be advised that potential employers check your BACKGROUND. Arrests go into your background, and therefore you can not get hired and have trouble finding a job that wants a violent person who can't control their anger because of the least little things.
Reply:If it was at school you'll probably both get punished because it shows that fighting is not tolerated...it helps promote the violence is not acceptable.
Too be honest they only way I stopped getting bullied at school was by punching the person, so I know sometimes the anti-violence policy isnt always the easiest thing!
Reply:lol. good for you! you are prob likely to get punsihed though cos u retaliated and you can see the damage on the guy, who can say he's in pain, when all he said to you were words..etc..
but if these people aren't shown , how wil they learn! unfortunatly i think u wil prob get punished to show an example but i hope its not too bad for u!! and well done for sticking up for urself, if u don;t do it, no one will!!
good luck! (message me if u like) :} xx
