My 7 year old daughter hasn't lost any baby teeth yet, other kids in her class already have big teeth in? Why

Genetics mostly. Babies learn to walk at different times, children loose their baby teeth in their own time, everyone's different. Don't worry about it, they'll come out when they are ready.

My 7 year old daughter hasn't lost any baby teeth yet, other kids in her class already have big teeth in? Why
she'll be ok, just give her body time.
Reply:all children are different don't weary

when the time is right they;ll come relax
Reply:You should be happy about that, according to dentists, the longer you keep your baby teeth, the healthier your adult teeth will be.
Reply:have you taken her to a pediatric dentist? Kids should start to see the dentist when they're really young so they can learn about their teeth and how to brush and learn not to be afraid of going to the dentist.
Reply:My son turned 7 in October and still no baby teeth either! I've been told that if kids get their baby teeth late, than they lose their baby teeth late. Don't knock it! The longer they hold onto their baby teeth the better. It's that much later they can rot their big kid teeth.
Reply:Her teeth are going to decide when they are ready. But, thier are also baby teeth that never fall out.
Reply:Tell your daughter that I didn't lose a baby tooth until 4th grade. She just will get more money from the tooth fairy for keeping them longer. (True story)
Reply:Everyone is different. Don't be alarmed. If you are worried about her teeth, make an appointment with her dentist and express your concerns.
Reply:she shall be ok. just give it alittle more time. i took some time to lose my baby teeth too.
Reply:this is an artical i found you might find interesting... but i copied over what i had wrote lol go fig....

It isn't normal for teeth to come out in pieces like that, so you likely should see a dentist. It may just be that you are seeing her permanent tooth beginning to come through already, although it is a little early for that. The first permanent teeth usually don't come in until a child is 6-7 years old.

In fact, it is even a little early for her to lose her first tooth. The average age for shedding the first baby teeth is also 6-7 years old, although some kids do start losing teeth at age 5.

Another option, if she isn't due for a visit to the dentist, is to see if you can just bring the tooth by the office and have someone look at it. If they really think that it isn't a whole tooth, then schedule an appointment for your child.

Reply:the dentist told me the longer there teeth stay the stronger they are so dont worry about it when they get ready to fall out they will it is all intime
Reply:It's not only normal, but good for her to keep those baby teeth as long as possible. I'm sure a dentist would agree that the longer it takes them to come in, the stronger the adult teeth will be when they get here. Not only that but just think of the "baby's" as added protection. If she does any damage in these fun years it wont be permanent.
Reply:My 7 year old just lost her first tooth (she will be 8 in June). The dentist told us her teeth are very healthy. She now has another loose and I told her to play with it so it will fall out but she refuses. She finally came clean and told me she wants to keep her baby teeth because she doesn't want to grow up.
