whenever i smile with my teeth ,my nose goes big.but if i show a very very small smile its like a normal nose.
is there anything wrong?

That happens to everyone. Do that in front of a mirror, you'll notice that your mouth stretches, and since everything is "connected", your nose will stretch with it. There's no problem.

i have this problem too and my nose stretched extremely.
I solved it with pl.surgery. but i still hate smiling the problem is less but still there. Report It
