I Have BIG cavities on front teeth, what can i do?
You need to go to the dentist and take care of your teeth before they get worse. You can get things done on a priority basis.

Ask your dentist which of the problems need to be taken care of first. Then work out a plan with him/her for treatment.

Since you say you do not have any Insurance or benefits to help you, I can offer you an affordable dental plan. Together with the dental, you will get three additional benefits, at no extra cost to you.

Go to this web site and get details of the savings that we offer you. Then go to 'Provider Search' and check who the dentists are in our area, by typing in the zip code.

If you are happy with what you see, you can sign up on line.

The company offers a satisfaction guarantee.

You do not need to give any information about yourself or pay to get all the information.

Reply:if your are too ashamed to seek assistance from the dentist, there is nothing the online world can do to help you.
Reply:Go to a dentist, you are expected. and that is what Dentist do.
Reply:Have them capped. There are always expensive porcelain veneers. Also the option of partial dentures. Your dentist can recommend something, but it may not be cheap!!!!!!!!!!!! I know you can always get yourself a GRILL !!!!!!!!!

Reply:go into the city, ask for "Peepers", and request a tooth replacement
Reply:choices drill fill cap.
Reply:How could you be ashamed to go to a dentist when you have a problem with teeth??? That's like being ashamed to go to the bathroom when you have to pee!!! Take care of that, it sounds nasty...the only thing you're likely to kiss is the sidewalk!
Reply:Dont be ashamed to go toa dental office, thats why they are there to help you. Normaly cavities are black. At least on my teeth. I am not a dentist I cant tell you much. But I can tell you just bite that bullet and go. You will be much happier afterwards
Reply:You should go to the dentist, its okay the dentist won't be mean, go to one that everyone likes and says is really nice, besides your paying them right, because with cavities your teeth could end up dying, and you could develop other health problems
Reply:Please - please - please ---make an appointment to see the dentist - You may have decalcified areas that are stained or they could be cavities - if the cavities are left untreated you will eventually have pain and could end up losing your teeth.
Reply:Hey friend. This sounds like a vitamin deficiency. Go to your Dr. and get some blood work. Don't be shy of your medical pros. That's what there for. Get some help.
Reply:u have to go to ur dentist as soon as possible that is your only option if you dont it will just get worse. U might just need to have you teeth cleaned , it may not be a cavity. But if it is a cavity once you get it filled noone will be able to see it anymore.
Reply:You have to see a dentist before it gets worse. They are used to seeing things like that and they can help.
Reply:HELLO,

THERE ARE CERTAIN GENETIC CONDITIONS WHERE THE ENAMEL OF PERMANENT TEETH IS MALFORMED. THIS IS KNOWN AS AMELOGENESIS IMPERFECTA. SEEKING HELP FROM A DENTAL SCHOOL IS A GOOD SOLUTION BECAUSE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THIS IN A CURRENT DAY PATIENT IS USEFUL FOR STUDENTS, AND THE COST IS MUCH MORE REASONABLE THAN IN PRIVATE PRACTICE.
Reply:Don't be ashamed. Remember, they are doctors and studied teeth for a decade and have seen it all. Cavities are what most ppl have had before so nothing to be ashamed of. The good thing is that you're taking care of them and that's a really good thing. Everyone is scared of the dentist. I didn't go for 5 years and it wasn't as worse as I thought it would be. Then I told myself,"what's the worse that can happen?" I thought of the most absurd things. Like being wheeled off to the ER because my teeth was inoperable to them. Totally not the case. Now I go every 6 mths and guess what? I'm still terrified before I go, lol. Buck yourself up. Tell yourself to,"get it over with!" Book the appt asap and look at the calendar. In 2 months, so much stuff will go on with your life and the dental appt was just something that you had to do and now you're done. On the day of the appt, make a plan to do something AFTER the dental appt. That way, the day isn't all about the dentist. I planned to have a movie fest after and it made me look forward to that all day. Once you're there, tell them you're nervous. I did. I told anyone who asked how I was. They were very caring and explained everything. And remember, if you don't like the way you treat you, you have the power to walk out. When you're there, take a deep breath and close your eyes. Bring a mp3 player if it helps. Have a ring or bracelet on to play with. Bring a small ball to squeeze if it helps. =)

You can ask if they take payments. Or look for credit cards specially made for dental work. Or look for dental colleges in your area. I've used them and wonderful work at low prices. I've been there and trust me, waiting for it is much worse than when you're there. Make the appt and take the soonest they have. That way, your mind has less time to worry. Remember to remind yourself to,"Get it over with." =) It's going to be the bes thing you ever did for yourself. Good luck!
